First Physical and Functional Rehab (FPFR) is a Hawaii based Physical Therapist-owned outpatient Rehabiliataion Company that has been established since 1991.  Throughout the years we have served many communities and provided the highest quality of individualized and comprehensive rehabilitative services. Currently we have 3 locations on O"ahu (Waipahu, Wahiawa, and Waianae) to accommodate and serve you better.

At FPFR our patients are our number 1 priority. Our mission is to work with providers and to deliver excellence in rehab experience.  Main services we provide are PHYSICAL THERAPY, MASSAGE THERAPY, and ACUPUNCTURE.
